A meeting through text was called to order because the furnance went out in the office. A vote was placed in front of the board with a quote, for 3 different funaces from Iceberg Heating and cooling, as well as a the information to simply put a temporary fix on the furnance that would have only lasted a year at best. Many of the parts that were needed for repair of the repair of the furnace were rare or obsolete. The board voted for the 110,000 BTU new furnace, with 1 nay, 7 in favor and 1 abstaining.  The furace will be replaced in the next couple of days, per Iceberg Heatng and Cooling.
